About Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) Closed Groups

The RRP model is a transformative approach to inner child work created by Amanda Curtin, LICSW, and Patrick Teahan. This powerful framework is designed specifically for adults seeking to heal the wounds of growing up in dysfunctional families. The RRP model effectively bridges the gap between two crucial aspects of your identity: the Adult, who embodies your present-day awareness, and the Inner Child, holding the emotional memories of your past. Through engaging guided exercises, deep reflection, and supportive group processes, participants embark on a journey to reparent their wounded inner child. This process not only helps you resolve lingering emotional issues from your family of origin but also empowers you to reclaim healthy intimacy and connection in your current relationships.

These groups are an opportunity to really explore the impact of your childhood in a contained, structured and therapist-led context. Completing this group is necessary to apply for a long-term, 3-year group. All groups take place online via video chat.
